Every Villari creation is handcrafted and bears distinctive trademarks that confirm its origin. Minor variations in color or finish are a natural result of artisanal production and highlight the uniqueness of each piece. A certificate of origin is included with every item, offering further proof of its authenticity.
To verify your piece online, you can enter its unique code at signature.villari.it, Villari’s official platform for authenticity and warranty confirmation.

Yes, signature.villari.it is the official platform provided by Villari to verify the authenticity and warranty of your purchased products. Each item comes with a unique code that can be entered on the site to confirm its origin and guarantee coverage. This ensures transparency and trust in every Villari creation.

The verification system available at signature.villari.it has been active since May 2025. Products purchased before this date do not include a serial number and therefore cannot be verified through the portal. If your piece was acquired earlier, rest assured that it remains an authentic Villari creation, even if it cannot be registered online.

Yes. Every Villari creation is handcrafted in Italy by trained artisans and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Hand wash with mild soap and a soft sponge. Avoid microwave and dishwasher use for items with metallic finishes.

Scented Candles: approx. 40–50 hours

Home Diffusers: 3–4 months depending on size and ventilation.

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with VILLARI, without incurring in any penalty and without giving any reason. The term for withdrawal expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the customer acquires physical possession of the goods.
